Our firm offers a well-rounded expertise in estate planning, trust and probate law, and can provide advice to our clients related to litigation relating to probate, trusts, and will contests. We specialize in all aspects of estate planning and probate, including the formation of simple to very complex trusts and wills, probate and trust administration, charitable planning, irrevocable trusts, and sophisticated tax planning. On behalf of our clients, our attorneys have achieved successful resolutions in will contests and probate and trust litigation, including fiduciary removal and surcharge actions, as well as fiduciary defense. We are not currently taking active litigation cases, however. Our practice emphasizes estate planning and administration for estates both large and small, including tax and succession planning.
