Practice Areas

Ms. Cyr specializes in estate planning, trust and probate law, with an emphasis on probate and trust litigation. Her practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts (revocable and irrevocable), powers of attorney, spousal property agreements, and other estate planning vehicles. Her litigation practice includes fiduciary removal and surcharge actions, fiduciary defense, will and trust contests, heirship petitions and petitions to establish claims to property.

Ms. Christakos specializes in estate planning, trust and probate law, with emphasis on tax planning and administration of estates. Her practice includes preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning and preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns, charitable planning, and the utilization of corporations, partnerships, and other entities as they relate to estate and tax planning.

Bio

Skye was born and raised in San Luis Obispo. She left after high school to live in Oregon and North Carolina, but returned home in 2011. She lives with her husband, young kids, and menagerie of pets and writes novels in her spare time.
